Another must-see town along 30A. Seaside has a wealth of great food, events, and shopping. Consider making this part of the bikeable list if you can since parking can be difficult during the high season.
A lot of development has popped up along Highway 98 (the inland east/west highway that runs roughly parallel to 30A. You can find a Walmart Neighborhood Market, retail shopping, great restaurants, and even urgent care, if needed. We recommend not biking across Highway 98 due to traffic and high speeds.
These are the largest towns nearby and the easiest places to find larger stores and those open with extended hours.
